In 2009 Onni opened the first location of Level Furnished Living, as a serviced extended stay concept in downtown Vancouver. Now rebranded as Level Hotels & Furnished Suites to better reflect their robust offering, the brand has grown to encompass 9 locations with over 1200 suites and a luxury penthouse collection across five cities including Chicago, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Vancouver and Seattle. In addition to Level, Onni manages Opus Vancouver, an award-winning boutique hotel in Vancouver’s trendy Yaletown neighborhood. And, in 2022, launched The Emily Hotel – a boutique hotel concept inspired by art – in Chicago’s Fulton Market District, with plans to grow the brand to multiple locations in coming years.
